DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Roccafellas ships to most worldwide destinations. You can select your country from the dropdown menu when filling out your details at the checkout.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS/DUTIES TAXES?
All orders are dispatched from Australia. All items imported into the EU attract VAT, which is added by customs and paid for by the customer on collection. We apologise in advance for such taxes but they are unfortunately beyond our control. In some instances, international deliveries may be held up by your country’s customs until it clears. Roccafellas does not accept liability for these delays. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Australia- Orders less than $120, shipping cost is $9.90 for express shipping. Orders over $120 qualify for free regular shipping. All orders placed will be picked up and shipped within 1 business day via Australia Post Express. All orders placed inside of Australia are sent Express so you will receive your items as soon as possible! And you will be sent tracking details once dispatched. Delivery is 1-2 business days for metro areas, and 2-5 days for rural areas.
International (not Australian customers) Orders less than $120 AUD, shipping cost is $24.90 for non traceable standard shipping. Orders over $120 AUD qualify for free standard non traceable shipping. Below are the ETA for international orders (all times are estimates only)

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Yes you will be emailed an electronic invoice as well as Payment Confirmation upon an order processing to complete.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER?
You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with subject title ‘ORDER CHANGE’ as soon as possible with your request, however if you order has been packed and dispatched already, we cannot amend the order.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, please read our return policy in ‘Customer Service’ page located at the bottom of the screen.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Roccafellas . Roccafellas is not responsible for missing return packages should they not reach us, so we strongly advise to ensure your return is sent back with full tracking.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY?
All products purchased at Roccafellas webstore have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase. We will replace all items with a manufacturing defect. After 3 months, items will not be covered by warranty.

Warranty Term: One years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Parts other than the movement, case and crystal are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty, please ensure the Online Warranty Form has been completed. Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand.
Note that repair and/or replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake.
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear-and- tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.) on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband, subtle colour changes to the plating, etc.)
- If purchased from roccafellas, the Online Warranty Form must be completed before making a claim.
- If purchased from a retail location, a store receipt with purchase date must be provided.
Battery replacements are not covered under warranty. If your battery needs to be replaced, take your watch to a jeweller. Do not attempt to remove the caseback yourself. Casebacks that have been damaged by improper removal will not be covered under warranty.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty specifies that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
