RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your (full priced) online purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind, if the customer no longer wants the product, only an exchange will be granted.
For Australian orders, the goods must be retuned within 14 business days of receipts of the order (20 business days for international orders)
For your return/exchange/refund to be accepted , the items must be unworn and in original condition, unsoiled, free from animal hair or any odor, with all tags attached and packaging as received. Watches must still have all protective stickers etc. on as it was when the item was received.
Marc Gaetano reserves the right to reject returns if the above conditions are not met.
Roccafellas reserves the right to determine if a product is deemed faulty and if so, a replacement items will be sent to the customer at no extra charge (subject to stock availability). You may be asked to send the original item back to us and postage will be refunded, so please keep proof of postage receipt in the case of returning a faulty good.
Items purchased on sale/special are non refundable and cannot be changed or returned.
TO RETURN A PURCHASE:
You must notify us of your wish to exchange or return your item within 5 days of your delivery date. To return your goods, please first send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject field ‘RETURNS’. Please include the following information in your email:
Order number/ proof of purchase
Your name (name used to make the purchase) and contact email address
Specify your request to return or exchange for another item. (Include details of preferred replacement if you would like an exchange)
You will be then notified within 48 hours by email if your refund/exchange request is approved and be given return instructions via email.
Postage and handling costs are non refundable and you will need to cover all costs (unless the goods were received faulty or not as ordered).
If an incorrect address was provided and the order becomes lost or returned to us as a result, the postage costs will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for returns should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage. Postage and handling are non refundable on returned items.
